5 Ways to Get Paid

AdzZoo has developed a Modified Binary Compensation Plan. In a binary compensation plan, you will be placed in one of two legs - left or right - in your sponsor’s organization. You are then compensated on successfully building two legs of your own. Your sponsor, or anyone else in your up-line, may also place people in your organization. As your organization begins to grow and produce sales, you are entitled to commissions based on the total volume generated in your lesser leg.

AdzZoo’s compensation is generated in three categories:

1. Direct Commissions

2. Indirect Commissions

3. Bonuses

There are five activities that will generate compensation:

1. Personal Sales

2. Renewing Clients

3. Team Sales/Business Volume

4. Pre-Paid Ad Sales

5. Big 5 Matching Bonus Program

1. Personal Sales (Direct Commissions)

When an AdzZoo Representative develops an Advertising Campaign for a client, they will generate a personal production commission. The personal production commission is 40% of the advertising campaign’s corresponding CV during the first twelve months.

2. Renewal Commissions (Direct Commissions)

The 40% commission is paid during the first twelve months of the client maintaining their campaign. For all subsequent months, the commission amount will be computed at 30% of the CV. The 30% renewal commission amount will remain as long as the client maintains their campaign.

3. Prepaid Advertising Sales (Direct Commissions)

A portion of the enrollment fee associated with the Campaign Director Package is for the purchase of Pre-Paid Advertising. The pre-paid ad campaigns are designed to assist new Campaign Directors in securing new clientele. The commission for the sale of a Campaign Director Package is $100. The sale of Pre-Paid Advertising Packages also generates Two Hundred Points of (BV).

4. Team Commissions (Indirect Commissions)

The Indirect Commission portion of our plan is computed within the binary structure. Indirect Commissions are calculated on the total BV generated per pay cycle in your lesser leg. Only Active and Qualified Campaign Directors are entitled to receive Indirect Commissions. Calculating Indirect Commissions requires some basic understanding of binary compensation plans. In most binary compensation models, revenue is converted into points. Points accumulate until a specific threshold is met. This threshold is often referred to as the trigger point. Once the threshold is met, a commission cycle is paid, and a specific dollar amount is paid for each cycle. These cycles are referred to as Cycle Bonus.

AdzZoo’s Cycle Bonus is $45 and the threshold is 300 points in your lesser leg.

5. Big 5 Bonus Program

Currently there are 5 levels associated with the Big 5 Bonus Program. Our interim titles are simply:

Campaign Director Level 1 (CD 1)

Campaign Director Level 2 (CD 2)

Campaign Director Level 3 (CD 3)

Campaign Director Level 4 (CD 4)

Campaign Director Level 5 (CD 5)

Match Percentages are as follows:

CD 1 = 10% Check Match on 1st Generation Campaign Directors

CD 2 = 15% Check Match on 1st Generation Campaign Directors

CD 3 = 15% Check Match on 1st Generation Campaign Directors

10% Check Match on 2nd Generation Campaign Directors

CD 4 = 20% Check Match on 1st Generation Campaign Directors

10% Check Match on 2nd Generation Campaign Directors

5% Check Match on 3rd Generation Campaign Directors

CD 5 = 20% Check Match on 1st Generation Campaign Directors

10% Check Match on 2nd Generation Campaign Directors

5% Check Match on 3rd Generation Campaign Directors

5% Check Match on 4th Generation Campaign Directors

5% Check Match on 4th Generation Campaign Directors

Promotional Guidelines

CD 1 You must (Personally) sponsor two Campaign Directors. These Campaign Directors must be placed on opposing legs. Two Campaign Directors on the same leg will not satisfy the requirement. You may however, have more than two.

CD 2 You must have a minimum of two (Personally) sponsored Campaign Directors that have achieved the CD 1 designation. They do not have to be from opposing legs.

CD 3 You must have a minimum of two (Personally) sponsored Campaign Directors that have achieved the CD 2 designation. Again, they do not have to be from opposing legs.

CD 4 You must have a minimum of two (Personally) sponsored Campaign Directors that have achieved the CD 3 designation.

CD 5 You must have a minimum of two (Personally) sponsored Campaign Directors that have achieved the CD 4 designation.

Note: The Match Bonus percentages are applied only to they Cycle Bonuses paid to your Campaign Directors. Cycle bonuses are paid on Business Volume. Commissions earned from personal production or Fast Start bonuses are NOT included in the matched portion.
